Course I: Introduction to wine and wine tasting
The perfect course for those who want to get oriented to the world of wine. Covers the basics of how wine is made, the etiquette of tasting and drinking wine, and general knowledge about well-known varietals. Fee includes materials and wine tasting. Approximately 1.5 hours.

Course II: The wines of Argentina
This course highlights the growing methods, wine growing regions, and the resulting wines of Argentina. Fee includes materials and wine tasting. Students should have completed Course I or have a good understanding of material covered in Course I before taking this class. Approximately 1 hour.

Course III: The wines of Chile
This course highlights the growing methods, wine growing regions, and the resulting wines of Chile. Fee includes materials and wine tasting. Students should have completed Course I or have a good understanding of material covered in Course I before taking this class. Approximately 1 hour.
